This page is required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Your Privacy Rights
California residents have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
What does "selling" mean under CCPA?
Under California law, "selling" includes sharing your personal information with third parties for valuable consideration, even if no money is exchanged. This includes:

- ❌ NOT selling your email address or contact information to data brokers (we don't do this)

When you use MuniMind without opting out, we may share:
- Browsing behavior: Pages you visit, properties you view, features you use
- Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system
- Cookies and unique identifiers: Used to track you across websites
We do NOT sell:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Payment or financial information
- Saved properties, notes, or User Content
