General Definition A “transportation-infrastructure-adjacent frontage” shall refer to a street frontage that contains at least one of the following: (a) an elevated rail line; (b) an open railroad right-of-way; (c) a limited-access expressway, freeway, parkway or highway, all of which prohibit direct vehicular access to adjoining land; or (d) an elevated street located on a bridge.
