“Special mixed use parking areas” shall refer to special geographies where unique parking requirements apply to mixed use buildings . Special mixed use parking areas shall include areas within: the boundaries shown in APPENDIX I of this Resolution; and within Roosevelt Island in Community District 8 of Manhattan.
