A “sky exposure plane building” is a building that: is located in R6 through R10 Districts without a letter suffix, or in Commercial Districts mapped within, or with a residential equivalent of, R6 through R10 Districts without a letter suffix; is developed or enlarged after December 5, 2024; and utilizes the optional bulk regulations set forth in Section 23-73 , inclusive, or Section 35-81 , inclusive.
