Definition: shoreline (General Definition)
The "shoreline" is the mean high water line, as determined in accordance with the procedure set forth by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

From Section 144-01 : The definition of shoreline set forth in Section 12-10 is modified for the purposes of this Chapter to mean the shoreline on a survey available on the Department of City Planning website.
