Definition: public parking garage (General Definition)
A "public parking garage" is a building or other structure : (a) that provides parking or storage for motor vehicles, but not for the dead storage of motor vehicles; and (b) some or all of whose parking spaces are non- accessory . A public parking garage may include accessory off-street parking spaces limited to such spaces that are accessory to other uses on the same zoning lot . Minor repairs incidental to the parking or storage of motor vehicles is a permitted accessory use .
