Definition: court, inner (General Definition)
An “inner court” is any court which is bounded: exclusively by building walls; by building walls and one or more side lot lines or rear lot lines ; or by building walls, except for one opening on any open area along a side lot line or rear lot line where the dimension of such open area, at any point, is less than 20 feet at or below a height of 75 feet, or less than 30 feet above a height of 75 feet.
