The underlying ground floor level streetscape provisions set forth in Section 32-30 (STREETSCAPE REGULATIONS), inclusive, shall apply, except that ground floor level #street frontages along streets#, or portions thereof, designated on Map 4 (Retail and Street Wall Continuity) in Appendix A of this Chapter shall be considered Tier C street frontages. Access to each permitted establishment or use shall be provided directly from the #Tier C street frontage#, as shown on Map 4 in Appendix A. Where there is more than one entrance to the establishment or use from the Tier C street frontage, direct access shall be provided via the entrance with the greatest aggregate clear opening width. Defined terms in this Section include those in Section 12-10 and Section 32-301.
