For purposes of this Chapter, matter in italics is defined in Section 12-10 (DEFINITIONS), Section 32-301 (Definitions) and in this Section. Shoreline adjacent lot For the purposes of this Chapter, a “shoreline adjacent lot” shall refer to a waterfront zoning lot with a shoreline length of more than 100 feet, or any zoning lot that has entered into a binding agreement to improve and maintain a waterfront public access area for an adjoining #waterfront zoning lot#.
