General Definition The “Greater Transit Zone” is the area within the boundary designated as such on the Department of City Planning’s website for its Zoning and Land Use Map (ZoLa). Such boundary represents the area that is: (a) within the special parking areas; (b) within the Inner Transit Zone; and (c) within the Outer Transit Zone. In the event of a conflict between the textual description of the boundary and that on ZoLa, the text shall control.
