General Definition A "through block arcade" is a continuous area within a building connecting one street with another street, publicly accessible open area or arcade adjacent to the street. This area may be enclosed in whole or in part and must have a minimum width of 20 feet and a minimum average height of 20 feet. Such a through block arcade shall, at either end, be at the same level as the street, publicly accessible open area or arcade that it adjoins.
