General Definition A "public parking garage" is a building or other structure: (a) that provides parking or storage for motor vehicles, but not for the dead storage of motor vehicles; and (b) some or all of whose parking spaces are non-accessory. A public parking garage may include accessory off-street parking spaces limited to such spaces that are accessory to other uses on the same zoning lot. Minor repairs incidental to the parking or storage of motor vehicles is a permitted accessory use.
