General Definition An "urban plaza" is an open area for public use on a zoning lot developed, from April 16, 1975, to June 11, 1996, in accordance with plans certified by the Chairperson of the City Planning Commission or, from June 13, 1996, to October 17, 2007, in accordance with the requirements set forth in APPENDIX E, Section E37-04, of this Resolution.
