General Definition An “inner court” is any court which is bounded: (a) exclusively by building walls; (b) by building walls and one or more side lot lines or rear lot lines; or (c) by building walls, except for one opening on any open area along a side lot line or #rear lot line# where the dimension of such open area, at any point, is less than 20 feet at or below a height of 75 feet, or less than 30 feet above a height of 75 feet.
