R6 R7 R8 R9 R10 R11 R12 In the districts indicated, if the boundary of an adjoining R1, R2, R3, R4 or R5 District coincides with a side lot line of a zoning lot, a side yard at least eight feet wide shall be provided along such boundary within the districts indicated.
