About this school

Health Opportunities High School (HOP) provides students with exposure to a challenging curriculum that prepares students to pursue a wide range of health-related professions. A partnership with CUNY Hostos allows students to earn industry accreditation in many different health fields: Certified Nursing Assistant; Personal Trainer; CPR/AED for Health Care Providers; Sports Nutrition Consultant; Home Health Aide. HOP also participates in the Single Shepherd Program which enables the school to provide students with extensive socio-emotional support. Full-time college counseling, in collaboration with NYU, ensures that students receive individualized support throughout their college application process.
