The Urban Assembly School of Business for Young Women (UASBYW) offers an enriching, comprehensive educational model centered on academic excellence, cultural diversity and creative energy. Our small-school environment provides students with a strong sense of community and school spirit, and allows for maximum individualized support from teachers and staff. UASBYW's focus on business allows for specialized programming devoted to college preparation, career exploration, women's empowerment and leadership training. We partner with groups like Women's Bond Club and Goldman Sachs to offer guest speaker events, career days, and structured mentoring programs. Each year, UASBYW sends graduates to top colleges in New York City and across the nation.
