By accessing or using MuniMind ("Service"), operated by MuniMind Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MuniMind provides AI-powered municipal intelligence including meeting analysis, zoning research, council vote tracking, property data, and related tools. The Service aggregates publicly available government data and applies AI analysis to make it accessible and actionable.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Access to the MuniMind API is governed by your plan tier and credit allocation. You may not exceed rate limits, redistribute raw API responses at scale, or use the API to build a competing service. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.
MuniMind may post content to third-party platforms including X (Twitter) via @MuniMindAI. Content posted by our automated systems is derived from public government records and AI analysis. By interacting with our social media accounts (e.g., @mentioning @MuniMindAI), you consent to receiving automated replies. We access and use X/Twitter data in accordance with X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
The Service, including its AI models, analysis, and presentation, is our proprietary work. The underlying government data is public. You may share and cite MuniMind analysis with attribution.
MuniMind provides information for general reference purposes. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, zoning, or real estate advice. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuniMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
